1. How do I know which size belt I need? Whether you are ordering a custom belt or one from our inventory list, the way we recommend getting the most accurate sized belt is taking one that you currently wear and measuring it from the center of the fold, on the buckle end, to the hole that you use the most. Do not measure the entire length of the belt. Whatever measurement that is, in inches, is the size belt you need. For example if the measurement was 36 inches from the fold to the most used hole then you would need a size 36 belt. Which would mean the center hole on the new belt would be 36 inches from the fold and there will be two holes on each side of it, leaving room for weight loss or gain. If you don't have a belt you currently wear, it is usually recommended to order a belt that is 2 or 3 sizes up from your current pant size. 

2. How do I place a custom order? On each individual product page in place of a physical item there will be a place holder for a custom order deposit. Once you place the deposit, we ask that you immediately email us the exact specifications of the product you would like and if there is a specific date you need it by. We cannot guarantee we will meet that date if we are fully booked up; however, we will do our best. We will be in contact as soon as possible with final details and pricing. A sales invoice with the remaining amount due will be sent to you. The invoice will need to be paid in full prior to start of production on your item. If customers are not cooperative on time restrictions we do have the right to cancel a custom order without refund of deposit. All deposits and custom order sales are final. 3. How long will it take for my custom order to be finished and shipped? Wait times on all custom orders can be anywhere from 2 - 10 weeks depending on how full our production books are. The estimated time for your specific order will be disclosed during the email process. You can always contact us prior to placing a deposit to ask what are wait times are!

4. Can you build a _______? If the product is showed on our website or Instagram page, then yes we can build it! There are still many items that we currently do not have the capabilities of building; however, it never hurts to ask. If you have an idea or are interested in something we have not yet produced please send us an email to discuss the project. We always welcome new ideas and love to push our limits! If it is our first time creating something, we obviously will not be experts on the topic. If you would rather someone with more experience create it for you that is perfectly fine, we may just know someone to refer you to!
